Hi jasmin, sound like you know u r stuff. Can you help me?

i have a K810i and i thought that i had all of the tools to unbrand, unlock my phone.

I have XS++ v3.1, setool2lt v1.11, simlockpatchgen.

I have gone through the basic steps but each time i try and do anything i recieve an error.

1st error while trying to backup :

losing the will to live....think it may be best just to sell the phone...can you help before i through it at the wall....
