I used far manager but i cannot find the customize.xml

Here are my directories when i entered the phone using far manager (i have the rogers w580i)

-DCIM
-MP3
-Music
-Other
-Picture
-Sports
-System
-ams
-licensetransfer
-temp
-wap
-Theme
-Video
-Videos
-Webpage

I went through each directory and subdirectory but there is no customize.xml
Anyone can help me please and thanks!
