To flash, you need to get the right firmware files and use XS++.
To unlock, you can either use the Patch Unlock method, or call your carrier to get an unlock code. Getting an unlock code is the best way because you have to re-patch your phone if you ever decide to upgrade firmware.

setool lite and xs haven`t got suport for cid 53, but for flash you can use Jdflasher and FAR

With a log identify you can determine what CID you have.
If it is CID 52 or lower you can flash it with every software and unlock it via patch.
If it is CID 53, you can flash it only with Far Manager + JD Flasher but can not unlock for free.
