W580i unlock-extended lock

Four of the five locks in the service menu are unlocked,the extended lock is still locked and has 10 written after it.What is it and how do I open it?????

You can try, I don't know if it unlocks it, to patch unlock the cell phone with setool2lite if it is CID 52.

If it does not work, than you must use setool box or perform full unlock with D-Unlocker.
