As everybody know, we can use XS++ to up file like layout, flash, menu... to the phone. But anybody know how to copy these file from the phone to the computer. Such as I want to take a flash from the phone to the computer, but I don't know how.
Myphoneexplore can't back up these kind of files. It can only back up user file.
Have you ever tried with swissmgrfree_uiq3_160.sis. It could help you to copy some (I said some) files from your phone (C drive) and ROM (Z drive) to your PCQuote:

FAR is likely to accomplish that. Have heard about people backing up MAIN and FS with FAR, but haven't tried myself.
What is "swissmgrfree_uiq3_160.sis"? I know that FAR can back up full firmware, but it put everything in one file. You cannot (at least I know) copy an individual file like a flash menu, layout....

use far manager or xs++3.1 for copy from phone to computer drop and drag files from phone to computer
You can use far manager also to copy
well i don't know about far manager but xs 3.1 does not allow file tranfer from phone to pc..i have tried drag and drop as you said but nothing happens..also we should notice that when we choose a file in xs fsx the "Download" button is always inactive...can someone explain this?Quote:

well i can't use far manager at all for the time because i don't have a dcu-60! i debranded and customized my phone using the simple usb cable that was provided with my (once) k610im! XS++ works fine with it but not far manager!Quote:

if its that posible to creat a drag and drop from pc to phone why cant they include drag and drop from phone to pc
xs doesnot back up files from phone to pc
Use jdflasher or you patch your phone to open Internal FS in file manager.
this is pretty easy.... search the forum for db2020 file system parser u will get the main2raw and semctool that would make your job easy.
You wont need to connect your fone to get the complete file system. Just provide the main2raw with ur filesystem (.fbn) and u can extract the ifs,trp and other directories.

This is the easiest method as u will get the orignal files in a breeze.
If u want to do it the difficult way. Use FAR Manager and the XML Source generator. By this method u will be able to copy one file at a time.
