hi all i cant get in phone system, i just stuck here. i been wait like hour still stop here what i need to do? i got Grey sony ericsson w580i i try like many time still not going. what i did wrong?

what is this

Check that your phone is working fine or not... if yes then try re-installing the USB drivers (broken USB drivers result into a lot of problems)

Have you got SEUS installed with relevant phone drivers?

are you still having problems? i got the same grey w580i phone and have been successful using both XS++ and SETool 2 Lite app. perhaps the problem is with the phone drivers not being installed on your computer.

try using the update service installed in your phone, then try xs++, does your phone turn on and function normally??
If possible try running it on another computer, and take xs++, se tool and the usb drivers with you...

that is diffrent by usb driver
do your phone turned on when you connected that to program(xs or setool)?
if yes the flash driver is not installed yet
