Yes,
Main FsandCustom are specific.
FS must match Main.
Custom is region specific.

No they cannot. For example: you can NOT use CID49 firmware on a CID52 phone. And you can't downgrade CID either.Quote:

Flashing with different CID firmware es called Cross-CID flashing
This operation is only supported by setool2lite in:
-DB2010 phones....Ej:Flash a K310 CID49 with W200 CID52 firmwares
Not supported at the inverse...
-DB2020 phones using quick acces patch (Only CID52)
Using quick acces patch you can cross-cid flash your DB2020
Ej:Flash with a CID53 FS your CID52 phone
