it seems that i cant connect my w580 to XS++ or SEtool lite
i did what it asked me to do... and it never works
help?

Check you have the correct drivers installed. Clean ports, check your USB cable, try on different USB slots, if it does not work with C, try with 2+5. Charge battery up.
After all of these, try again.
