Help Please!! k800i WSOD

Hi All,

1st post so be gentle :)

I have a sony ericsson k800i which when turned on only gives a white screen. on plugging in to my pc i can access all photos and all on the phone so only the screen issues.

on searching the net i tried using wotanclient to flash the phone.

it gave me errors such as,
Old Erom error detected would you like to upgrade it (so i say yes, unplug phone remove battery reconnect using 2 & 5),

then i get the error:
phone found
DB2020 detected
loader: OK
FC ID:20 19
define login and password
===FAILED===

tried all sorts of things,

then i tried XS++

but am unsure which erom to flash it with and where to get it from? see below for screen shot from XS++ connected to faulty phone:,

Any info on what erom to flash it with or advice where i may be going wrong greatly appreciated
