Disculpen, acabo de hacer la compra de D-Unlocker, 1LOG, ¿dónde obtengo los datos para el servidor? Aún no me llega nada a mi correo, sólo las notificaciones de la transacción de PayPal.

Tengo un error al momento de hacer la conexión con el D-Unlocker, cuando se esta conectando a la base de tatos, me manda el siguiente error, he leído por ahi que se debe a problemas del conexión del servidor, pero ya lo he reintentado 3 veces y nada: aqui pongo 2 de los 3 logs:
