Problema al flashear w200 con XS++

miren pues aki les va mi problema, estuve intentando tunear un W200, le subi los temas SWF mediante el XS++, despues intente cambiar el camdriver y el dispdriver mediante el mismo programa, le di en "shutdown" todo marcho correcto pero despues a la hora de encenderlo solo se kedaba en la pantalla k dice SONY ERICSSON y de ahi o pasaba.

Si alguien me puede decir donde estuvo el error y k debo hacer para arreglarlo por favor ayudenme.

lo k hice despues fue kerer hacerle un full flash y segun yo consegui todos los archivos necesarios incluyendo el FS para la region de México pero al kerer seguir los pasos con el XS++ pero me sale esto:

y luego trato de subirle el main generic se cierra solo el programa...

no se k hacer, por favor ayudenme, si hay algun tutorial para novatos y para flashear el W200 diganme y si me pueden pasar los archivos para flashearlo por favor...
