Credito insuficiente

Hola!

tengo un k810i que quiero liberar y he pagado mis 12 € correspondientes. Me ha llegado un mail diciendome que tengo 0.50 creditos y con el user y pass.

Al intentar desbloquear, me dice que desconecte y vuelva a conectar. Lo hago, y se conecta al servidor para verificar datos. Entoces me salen mensajes de error, confirmandome que mi credito es de 0.5 y que es insuficiente!

Quiere decir eso que tengo que pagar mas?
