Si quieres reparar IMEI debes marcar:

"Allow to change IMEI when unlocking"
"Patch OTP<>GDFS in Firmware"

Presionas Unlock/Repair

TU ERROR es que estas usando el cable USB y esto se debe realizar con cable COM
