He encontrado el siguiente Tutorial en PDF (que me ha costado encontrar), y os lo dejo para todos.

Viene explicado todo lo que hay que hacer y está bien claro.

I forgot to mention one very Important thing:

If you see before the text "New" you will see: 03 60 6e 80
If you see before the text "Connections" you will see: 04 60 6e 80

Now this 03 is the 3rd Resource Index That is 0x001C in our case, and this contains all items of "NEW"

And the 04 is the 4th Resource Index That is 0x013C in our case, and this contains all items of "Connections"
