Well, for the 2nd time the firmware in my friend's BROWN W600 got corrupted (stayed on a white screen at start up). now we all know that there isn't brown firmware for W600. so i decided i was not going to send it back to the repair shop and started trying different things to fix it. my discovery/ re-discovery, JDFlasher can flash brown phones. so, i downloaded RED firmware and flashed it to the W600 via JDFlasher and guess what, the phone started working again

Segun dice, puedes usar jdflasher y firmware RED para flashear un W600 BROWN
Puedes intentarlo, no pierdes nada, es mas, tal vez reviva
En jdflasher, entras a bflash y copias MAIN y FS de W600 RED
W600_R7CA017_MAIN_NAM_1_EE_RED49
W600_R7CA017_FS_AMERICA_2_RED49

Luego sales (con los ..), y vuelves a entrar a ofs, y copias el custom pack (descomprimido, en tpa/preset/custom)

Opción más arriesgada: Flashear EROM RED de W550/W600 W600_EROM_CID49_RED con jdflasher y DCU-60, pero si no funciona no es posible recuperarlo con DCU-60, solo con cable de servicio o box

PD: Al flashear firmware de W550 en W600, no enciende y se daña la GDFS (al volverlo a flashear a W600 queda "Sin cobertura de red")
