Prueba bajando otro CDA...
O tambien fijate si dentro tiene la estructura tpa/preset/custom
Tiene que ser si o si ZIP y no RAR

Comprueba eso
Si esta bien el archivo te dira cuando lo agregues:
FLIE RECOGNIZED AS CUSTOMIZATION PACKAGE
