Intenta cargar la GDFS con Phone XS.
A mi me paso algo parecido, y me anduvo mejor cargar el mismo backup con Phone XS.
Busca en el foro que hay un instructivo, ahora no me acuerdo donde esta.

cuando te pida que enchufes el cable y c , a demas de hacer eso, mantené presionadas las teclas 2 y 5. capas que ahi te lo reconoce

ustedes quieren flashearlo a w200? prueben subiendole los archivos nuevamente y con la bateria al 100% y siguiendo el tutorial de flasheo: http://www.topsony.com/forum_es/showthread.php?t=28726

no se guien por las imagenes porque estan desordenadas, mejor sigan los puntos, paso a paso.
