Tengo un NoKia E5-00 muerto necesito ayuda

Me cambie a un equipo que tiene S.O. Windows Vista, instale el Phoenix Service Software 2012.04.003.47798, también instale el firmware RM-634 LTA.

Inicie el proceso de flasheo con el programa con los siguientes pasos: open product - RM-634, luego la opción Flashing - Firmware Update, luego selecciono firmaware 0594886: RM-634 CTR BLACK AMERICAS QW SPANISH LTA, le pongo el tilde donde dice "Dead phone USB flashing" y luego el Botón Refurbish. Posteriormente, al colocarle la pila al equipo, el computador emite un sonido que significa que reconoció el puerto usb del mismo; con la ventana que indica las instrucciones iniciales le doy Aceptar en empieza lo siguiente:

A pesar que hay un error en las secuencias (letras rojas), en ese momento yo le saco la batería y el cable y lo vuelvo a colocar, en las lineas donde dice que el proceso de recuperación ha sido completado (letras azules) y finalmente aparece en el log error falla de comunicación del producto (letras verde) con la ventana de error con el siguiente mensaje: 

Flashing finalization failed. Do you like to retry the finalizing?
HRESULT 0x8421001c (-2078212068)
Firmware: Cannot verify communication to phone after flashing. Make sure that phone booted up correctly and retry.

El equipo quedó igual y no me enciende, solo vibra un segundo y no hace mas nada, muerto otra vez.

Espero que no sea un falla de hardware, porque el equipo ya tenia funcionando el software original mencionado en los anteriores post.


Voy a intentarlo nuevamente por segunda vez...
