mi k550 son señal bluetooth no enciende

hola a todos tengo un problema con mi k550 no le funciona el buetooth y settol no lo deja flasear... y omnus me dice q no tengo creditos ahh y pc compain me dice q es software esta modificadoo y no medeja actualizarlo gracias por su ayuda
