lo hice como recomendo el sr leftha y el celular logro encender y me dio todos los parametros por 2 minutos y despues se volvio a apagar y dar pantallas azules por lo que creo que el problema es fisico gracias por todas las sugerencias y aprendi bastante con este problema.
