si,es posible.Tiene que ser flash 2.1 o esas imagenes que ponen 2.x.Para que te ponga el tiempo tienes que conofigurar el archivos weather.txt es un xml uq ya el aporte te dice en que pagina mirarlo.Si no tambien hay elfs..pero creo que te referias a eso
