Hola!

Para pasar los .thm a v4.1, prueba abriendo el Themes Creator y en File/Change Phone... cambia a W900, y arrastra el .thm al programa; éste te avisará algo así:

"You are trying to load a version 4.5 theme.
Version 4.1 themes are used for W900.

Themes Creator will import the theme
and convert it to a version 4.1 theme"
Click en Aceptar. Te aparecerá otro aviso:

"The loaded theme contains elements unknown to this theme version:

Desktop_style

Do you want to keep them inside the theme?

Themes Creator will not display these unknown properties."
Click en Sí, y tu theme será v4.1, ahora sólo guarda y listo... File/Save as...


En cuanto a lo que te pasa con XS++, yo también lo viví con los DB2000 que he tenido, y siempre me pasó... a mi parecer es bug de XS++ en esa plataforma... Puedes probar con Far Manager...
