No puedo desbloquear k850 ni flashear muerto

Saludo, intente desbloquear mi k850 compre el credito y demas, pero cuando lo voy a ejecutar me pide instalar dos cosas los drivers para un tal SOFTWARE Download y los drivers del USB FLASH, el primero no lo instala el segundo si, y a continuación sucede:

DESPUES FUE LO PEOR, NO ME PRENDE EL CELULAR, NADA, QUEDA COMO EL ERROR DEL ANILLO AZUL,

intenta flashearlo (meterle un nuevo fs y una cda generica despues el custom) te debe quedar en certificado red de hay lo pasas a AERIX y listo tu celular esta desbloqueado
