Well that patch is an Add-On of the ELF Walkman Display
its a patch for the modded version of that ELF
with that one you can choose the orientation of the Display using the keys of your phone
or using the Accelerometer in your phone

This patch is like the Landscape View.vkp to rotate your pictures using the Accelerometer
but in this case using it for the walkman

You have to use the Walkman Display.elf
because that patch its an ADD-ON! of the ELF
and if you dont when you change the orientation
the Skin of the Walkman will mismatch the 320x240 display.
your skin its designed for 240x320
