No me libera el Aerix mi K850

Buenas noches,

Soy nuevo en la comunidad y quisiera ver si me pueden ayudar a momento de liberal mi K850 en aerix me dice que se a procesado exitosamente pero después no quiso encender mas que puedo hacer ayuda por favor..............

A lo primero me dio un ERROR...
y al segundo intento "funcion" pero no enciende.

Ayuda PLEASE
