¿Se pueden liberar celulares japoneses?

telejapon, yo tengo el toshiba 903t, lo compre desbloqueado pero no me reproduce mp3 y tampoco puedo instalarle juegos, puede deberse a un mal flasheo? o quisas se debe a otro detalle, tube buscando si es posible cambiarle el firmware pero no eh encontrado nada, de seguro tú tienes mas informacion sobre este celular

alguien que me pueda ayudar?

Se puede activar un modelo cdma actualmente ???

Para el 903T la musica debe estar en formato AMR ...

If you want to go for a cool Japanese phone look for the older Vodafone Japan models. Most of the 9-series, the 8-series, and the 7-series can be unlocked to use in the States. This includes- 903SH, 902SH, 902T, 903T, 904T, 804SS, 803T, 802SE (called the Sony Ericsson V800 or the Z800 in other countries), 802SH, 801SH, 801SA, 803T, 703SH, 703SHf, ahd the 705T. If you get any of these phones with original Japanese firmware then you'll have to take some effort to load music on the phone. For the SHarp and the SAnyo phones you'll need a Panasonic (this is required as the SD-Audio system won't work with any other brand of card reader- a Lumix camera or a D-snap audio player will work too) SD card reader and SD-Jukebox or MOOCS player. For the Toshiba phones you'll need Beat Engine for the 904T, the 803T, and the 705T. For the 903T and the 902T you'll have to live with your music in AMR format (conversion can be done in Quicktime but your music will sound like it's coming from an AM radio on a bad day). For the Sony Ericsson you'll have to load your music in wave format (.wav) or convert to AAC (.m4a but change to .3gp). For the Samsung I have no clue. If that sounds too complicated most of these phones can be had with foreign firmwares that make things so much easier. The SH phones (except the 801SH and 703SHf) were all released in Europe so you can get European firmware and avoid the whole SD-Audio mess. For the 803T and the 705T you can get their HK equivalents if you don't want to fool around with Beat Engine, and the Sony Ericsson and Samsung can be flashed to HK firmware which loosens up a lot of the restrictions placed on the phone's media player. I'm sorry if this seems too long-winded, but you sounded put out at not having a Japanese phone so I wanted to present some alternatives to what you were thinking of getting.

@santa_fe basicamente depende del soporte de bandas que tengan los proveedores de telefonia en tu pais, y si te es posible encontrar a alguien con el software idoneo para programarlos.

vaya, gracias luzer, tenia esperanzas que solo se debiera a la falta de algun software instalado en el cell, como el firmware quisas, no se si lei que para el firmware español si lee mp3 y los japoneses solo arm pero no recuerdo bien si era para este cell, bueno gracias, y si sabes si hay aplicaciones para instalar al 903t te agradeceria un monton si las publiques

hola a todos, el otro dia me llego un modelito de estos y esta a pedir de boca pero no tiene ninguna manera de liberarlo con la cruiser, queria saber como podria hacer para liberarlo?tambien deseo saber si ese celular es con chip o no?

El telefono es CDMA, de ninguna forma puede ser liberado con Cruiser y/o cualquiera de las otras herramientas que usualmente liberan SE.

y entonces como se puede liberar???hay forma o es imposible por el momento?

El PRL no es la frecuencia, es una tabla que le dice al telefono las torres que tiene que buscar para acceder al servicio, y de que manera

eh leido q los celulares q tienen symbiam o windows mobile se pueden usar como web cam, habra algun programa para los celus japonenes para usarlo como web cam en especial el toshiba 903T

No es posible usar el teléfono, puesto que es CDMA, en una red GSM, sea Claro, o Movistar.

La tarjeta que menciona, es solo para que la saques del teléfono, la coloques en un equipo GSM, y puedas usar tu número telefónico (de KDDI) fuera de Japón (como en los gsm cambiar la sim de equipo a equipo). Eso no indica que sea un teléfono GSM.
