Me cambie a un equipo que tiene S.O. Windows Vista, instale el Phoenix Service Software 2012.04.003.47798, también instale el firmware RM-634 LTA.
Inicie el proceso de flasheo con el programa con los siguientes pasos: open product - RM-634, luego la opción Flashing - Firmware Update, luego selecciono firmaware 0594886: RM-634 CTR BLACK AMERICAS QW SPANISH LTA, le pongo el tilde donde dice "Dead phone USB flashing" y luego el Botón Refurbish. Posteriormente, al colocarle la pila al equipo, el computador emite un sonido que significa que reconoció el puerto usb del mismo; con la ventana que indica las instrucciones iniciales le doy Aceptar en empieza lo siguiente:

A pesar que hay un error en las secuencias (letras rojas), en ese momento yo le saco la batería y el cable y lo vuelvo a colocar, en las lineas donde dice que el proceso de recuperación ha sido completado (letras azules) y finalmente aparece en el log error falla de comunicación del producto (letras verde) con la ventana de error con el siguiente mensaje:
Flashing finalization failed. Do you like to retry the finalizing?
HRESULT 0x8421001c (-2078212068)
Firmware: Cannot verify communication to phone after flashing. Make sure that phone booted up correctly and retry.
El equipo quedó igual y no me enciende, solo vibra un segundo y no hace mas nada, muerto otra vez.
Espero que no sea un falla de hardware, porque el equipo ya tenia funcionando el software original mencionado en los anteriores post.
Voy a intentarlo nuevamente por segunda vez...

Cuando dice "Waiting for communication response:" y te muestra el cartel "Quite el cable usb y lo conecta de nuevo" tienes que retirar el cable, la batería, reinsertarla nuevamente junto con el cable y presionar ok o espera a que logre reconocerlo, acto seguído tiene que terminar con el flasheo, te lo digo por que acabo de flashear un nokia (gracias a elmer por subir el firmware) el cuál sólo vibraba y no enedía y no tuve ningun problema más que al principio no era reconocido el nokia c3, pero todo salío bien.
Por eso a tí te muestra el error de que no puede conectar con el teléfono, realiza los pasos otra vez hasta que logre hacerlo, si tienes otros programas como Nokia Suite u otro con relación a nokia cierralo para que no te genere otro error.

Una vez más, vuelve a hacer el proceso, espera a que te muestre el recuadro donde dice que desconectes y vuelvas a conectar, cuando eso pase conéctas el cable primero, despues la batería y presiónas la tecla de navegación varias veces, te tiene que reconocer, si no lo hace es por que te falta instalar un driver y lo instalas de la manera que te mencioné.

Voy a instalar Nokia Suite para ver si los driver que trae le sirve para evitar el Error-0x8401F121, después te comento los resultados, por ahora mi teléfono sigue muerto.

Lo que está en rojo es el error más importante del proceso: el equipo no establece la comunicación para terminar el flasheo del mismo después "Waiting for communication response: 1". Hay algo que no lo deja establecer la comunicación entre el PC y el celular.
A ver si tienen alguna sugerencia ante esto, porque todavía mi celular esta muerto. Saludos :a08:

Sigue lo que te menciono el compañero Erick. En ese tutorial está bien explicito como flashear un Nokia algo muy importante que hay que resaltar es que al flashear un Nokia hay que ponerle la misma versión o superior del firmware, si le aplicas una inferior el teléfono queda muerto. Phoenix (no hace Downgrade)

Intenta flashear nuevamente con phoenix y con la versión que tienes actualmente, asegurate de tener los drivers instalados para que no tengas problemas a la hora de flashear, en el sub-foro de nokia encotrarás las guías de como hacerlo, sólo es cuestión de buscar un poco.
