hola buen aporte,, estos font son para cambiar el tipo de letra del cel supongo??? pero como se aplican??? y funcionan con cualquier cel??? saludos.......

Supongo que seran para modificar el layout en cada modelo.

NO esta fuentes son para cambiar el tipo de letra de todo el telefono!!!
y se aplica utilizando el archivo xml que viene en la siguiente ruta
/tpa/preset/system/fonts/

Estas fontos como dijo @donishop son para modificar el tipo de letra de todo el equipo, para saber si en tu equipo se pueden modificar las fonts solo basta buscar mediante el FAR Manager la carpeta /tpa/preset/system/fonts/ si la tienes es porque si se pueden modificar las fotns en tu equipo, si no lo tienes es porque las fotns estan dentro del MAIN y no pueden ser modificadas.

Aqui en el foro hay bastante informacion sobre como modificar las fonts asi que usemos la opcion buscar.
