Error al liberar un Sony Xperia RAY de vodafone con omnius

Buenas,
Necesito vuestra ayuda.

Tengo un tema abierto en otro apartado, pero desde el soporte de topsony me han indicado que lo abra aquí también para que el staff me eche un cable a solucionar el tema.

Bueno, pues después de pagar la licencia y hacer las pruebas pertinentes sigo con el teléfono sin liberar.

Cuando uso el botón reportar, me copia el log y le doy a enviar, pero me sale el siguiente error arriba "Error log from unknown application platform version" y tampoco les llega.

Aquí subo la captura para que veáis que la licencia está correcta con lo que estoy bien identificado y que por eso no hay error:

A ver si me podéis ayudar que ya he probado de todo para liberar el ray y no hay manera.

Brother, 2 cosas ¿que versión de Omnius estas utilizando? y ¿revisaste la carga de la batería este al 100%?, saludos.

Omnius for SE v1.38 es el que tengo y la batería al 100%

Tengo windows 7 ultimate 64, la versión de android del teléfono es 2.3.4. El móvil es de Vodafone España y es para utilizarlo en Movistar España.

Ese error es de conexion, revisa el administrador de dispositivos al momento que te da el error, tal ves no se instalo bien el driver, solo tendrias que actualizar driver e ir a donde se instalo omnius y ahi se encuentra

Si el driver estuviera mal, no conectaría el "dispositivo flash zeus" , no? mira la captura que pongo arriba.resulta que omnius no puede liberar todavía a los xperia ray 12w14 y yo ahora con una licencia sin poder gastarQue driver de los que viene dentro me recomiendas?
