>; Una vez instalado el programa y el Java, lo que hacemos en buscar en el escritorio un icono llamado "mTC"
Le damos en "File" > "Open" y buscamos el tema que queremos ponerle Flash.
>; Ahora donde dice "Desktop Style: Default" damos click ahi. solo para los SE's que soportan Flash.

>; En la ventana que nos sale, nos pide el nombre del menú flash que queremos usar para el tema, simplemente colocamos el nombre exacto <-- (ya leyeron..exacto xD), junto con la extensión swf y aceptamos.

> Por ultimo...le damos clic en "File" > "Save as" y le guardamos con el mismo nombre o con otro y listo, ya tenemos el tema con el menú flash.(el tema puede estar en la MS o en el cel...es mas comodo guardarlo con el mismo nombre...no? xD)

Requirements
To run mTC you need the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 (1.5) or above installed on your computer, to download the latest JRE visit www.java.com (http://www.java.com/)
Pues esta es la forma mas facil y rapida de activar tus temas....no tienes que entrar al .xml del tema ni compilarlo.
NOTA IMPORTANTSISISISIMA! :p..: si no han subido sus menus Flash en la carpeta tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash de su cel..con cualquier programa como XS++,Far O SETool Lite(de su preferencia ^^), este tutorial sera en vano..y al contrario terminaran dañando el tema..y el cel lo reconocera como archivo corrupto xD...tambien tu cel tiene que reconocer menus flash..
