Features v2.39™

- Fixed indoor special mode (now really 6 fps, before was 5)
- Flash RER not forced
- In all pics with flash contrast is increased 01
- Doc mode has sharpness 08

There's 3 different flavours:

* Standard™ ~~~> No colour gain implemented (stock default)
* VividColour™ ~~> Colour gain to insanity (0b)
* Withan™ ~~~~~> High colours only when flash off (less noise on flash pics)
