mira amigo,muchas veces se ha posteado esto de los modelos mal tomados por el identify,y se ha dicho que es por algun problema de flex,puedes desarmarlo y reeconectarlo y volver a hacer el identify....

aunq me deje flashearlo es problema de flex?
el cel no prende mas q pantalla blanca y se apaga

pero ya hiciste full flash no importa lo que diga el identify, intenta con fulll flash

Si cambias el flex y después de esto sigue dando el mismo error entonces tendrás que reparar GDFS.

con el free no funcionaria?
