Be careful, there's a fake doing the rounds called:

Sis_To_SisX___Java_Converter.exe

Basically, it's a fake and doesn't work (it may possibly be a virus). As stated by others, it's basically impossible unless you can somehow get the source of the sis program and reprogram it all in java.
