Then is something wrong with phone. You should tried to clean contact port by phone and computer.Can you upgrade it via phone, because i have funkcion on my phone to upgrade my firmware on phone via mobile internet.

The phone is new and i use the usb cable enclosed into retail box.
Nothing function to enable firm update by phone.
The cable should be working, because seus and other program (setool, xs++, d-client, kulankendi) detect phone, imei, cid, firm, etc...
I dont know.....:confused::(:confused:
