W850 = slider fone; W880 = not slider fone. Therefor the volume won't be the same when slider goes in/out if you used W880 acoustics in W850. What W850 users should do is use the W850 acoustic as their base and copy W880 (or any other zapf such as Peter's mod's) over it so it only overwrites the necessary files. You will still enjoy the benefits of the chosen acoustic BUT with your W850's normal operation. For those W580/W850/slider phone owners who struggle with lower volume when the slider's in, try this acoustic. It's Peter's latest R8 W880 v1 mod that I mixed with W850 files to correct slider-volume problem when sliders-in. You will have all the benefits of Peter's latest W880 mod (excellent) whilst retaining slider phone original operation. Enjoy!
