    It's a hardware problem, if you have technical Knowledgebase about Sony Ericsson phones, you can disassemble, and replace your FAST PORT for another. If you don't, you must go to Authorized Support service.

    FAST PORT?? where I plug the charger to? if u mean that , i replaced it already . but still it doesnt work

    when i try to identify it via setool , can't load id loader ..

    If u did that, I recommend you check your UBS cable, USB PC dirvers, and try with all USB PC port.
