does anyone know how to unlock a w580i?

I've tried the a2uploader software, however, it takes forever to load and not getting anywhere. I think this doesn't work with w580i, can anyone help please?

the a2upoader does not support models DB2020 as a w580.

You have to use the setool lite.
For unlock your phone you need apply the patch REMOVE SIM LOCK. Read this topic for more inf.

Now, I am getting this error, what
should I do next?

"embedded flashloader not responds!"

Somebody said, I should upgrade or
make sure I have the latest version of
usb flash drivers. What should I look
for? I am using a Lenovo netbook
S10-2 and I can't find any usb flash
drivers from the lenovo drivers download list.

Thank you very much Alexandr for all your help! I got a lot further to get information on how to unlock my phone now.
Since I am using a netbook, when running with far manager, I can't see the format correctly. I will try to use another computer to run far manager on it.
