Use A2uploader from here: a2uploader and CID53?

Then extract this archive: W995 customize_upgrade NORDIC.rar
On A2uploader click File System Tool, then go to: TPA > PRESET > CUSTOM - here drag & drop customize_upgrade.xml then click shutdown FS manager.
Turn on your phone - when see "Please wait" -> again turn off and update via SEUS.

I cant use a2uploader becasue i run Windows 7 on all my computers.

A2uploader work fine on Windows 7 (x86 and x64) !!!
Just uninstall antivirus program (or if you can disable in "Excluded files & locations" A2uploader path).
