hi i was wondering which firm wires i need to fix my phone i do apologise as i have little knowledge about fixing phones and my problem is that when i come to turn it on my screen is white no flashing and i have some flashes on my infra red port many thanks

I have a major problem with my k800... I have downloaded (K800_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED52 and K800_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_4_RED52) and started using XS++ but the result was a dead phone... I have charged the battery, I think I have downloaded the right files for my phone but something went wrong
Please post any idea what's the problem or should I just trow my phone and carry on :)
:D .. and buy nokia for example (which I don't want to)

Talking about FSX:

A: You cannot 'download' files from your phone.

I'm new and looking a way for doing that... Is it possible with another software???

right my first post and i need help i have a w580i and last week i just get a red light nothing work at all. so ive tried thiis tool and i wont even reconize it ive tried 2 and 5 and "c" but no joy.

also have a c902 which seems to work ok with it

a low battery, make a full charge and see what's happening
