K850 Screen Goes Black And Then Vibrates And Restarts???

I have tried a new battery but no luck. If this is a sympton of BROD will Davinci or SEUS fix it?
If it is hardware will I need a new lcd and keypad?
Or if someone has had this problem before and has fixed it could you tell me what you did

i've found this problem just like your problem
change with working LCD and the booooooooom
phone is working now
