how to master rest our phone when it is not active ...

i too hav the same prob...but i did a mistake .i flashed my mob ( at 20 % battery ) .n now it's dead ..hoping for a better solutions from u folks ..

Find another battery,fully charged and than try connect phone with XS++,if he recognize your phone do full flash with all 3 files (MAIN,FS and CUSTPACK)
