Flashing With Setool Lite 11

This what I am trying to do but I cannot get the phone to connect to XS++. I alway get this error trying to connect.

And I can only connect to setool Lite by pressing the unlock/repair button and pressing 2+5 on the phone but when I try to restore the backup that I made from XS++, setool lite shows it is working but it is actually not doing anything. Is there another way I can connect the phone to XS++ because this software seems to be the only way I can restore the Backup GDFS?
