    Simply download XS++ and the menu icons you want

    XS++:
    XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering - Top Sony Forums
    Go to FSX
    and then
    ;Menu -> 'TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/MENU'.
