Does any free tool (such as Se Tool 2 lite) support IMEI changing for DB2020 phones? Looked around but didn't find anything.. :/

What is the point of changing IMEI? You stole someone's phone?

Well other reason might be a 2nd-hand phone was purchased and the IMEI was blacklisted on various GSM networks. Probably very unlikely but yeah the IMEI technically can't be changed but doing so is illegal.
