[SOLVED] remove simlock from w580?

I think all the W580 are DB2020 CID 52. Right now I am trying to unlock my but I am running into some problem flashing it.

Does that mean I can buy it from AT&T for $179.99 and unlock by myself? Thank you so much.:)
