I've had "some values differs"... What does it mean?

afaik it means that there is data in the part of your main where the patch wants to put some NEW data, this is ignored by most and me also, never caused any problems i am aware of.

I had the exact problem, I did what I was supposed to do and it still didn't work.

if you did everything right, and by reflashing it, should be able to unlock it, I don't see why you can't.
