You don't use multiserver cable wit XS++. Use your original USB cable that came with the phone.

Have you got a backup of your GDFS? Have you tried connecting your phone with the usb cable while holding down the 2 and 5 buttons instead of the C button?

i dont not have my own fone GDFS, cuz i never noe SEUS will kill fones when doing update, but i have a copy of GDFS for the w800. i tried with USB cable, no matter wat i press to connect, 2+5, C button, and power button, still wont read my fone

DO NOT use a different GDFS than your own. It WILL BRICK your phone.
If you have already written a different gdfs onto your phone, than your phone is no good other than being used for spare parts.

I don't know why the phone won't connect. Try using different programs. You can even try the davinci client just to see if the phone is discovered.
I don't know anything about service cables, but you could try them out. I erad in your post that you were thinking about buying a cruiser cable. I don't know about this, but perhaps it would work.

i never noe updating on SEUS will kill my fone dats y i didnt backup my GDFS... juz want to know does dis really mean my fone is dead??

Yes, hold down 2 and 5 button while you connect the phone. Do not use C button, just 2 and 5
