Well,I have the following questions :
-K800 r8bf003,do I have to use only patches for this fw or oather patches can be compatible?
-Can I remove a patch?Some say flashing main will do it meanwhile other say that patch infects the fs too...

Yes you need to use the patch made for that phone the K800 r8bf003.
Reflashing the full pone will get rid of all patches.

You dont have to do full flash, just flash Main and any patch disappears. Patches dont touch FS, only Main.
Patches work for a specific version
