Configuration Error. Please Contact Operator

after flashing main firmware and turning the phone on, im getting error msg:
Configuration error. Please contact your mobile operator or service centre.
Did I do something wrong?
everything went smooth, I got W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED52 so what is happening?
I backed up the GDF, how can that help me?

No need to be worried.You didn't customize your phone...XS++ can do it automatically for you...It takes 2 minutes...And if I am not mistaken you also flashed the FS right?

to be honest im really stressing right now....
what I did (exactly) is that I connected the phone, picked the W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED52
and ticked off ONLY "flash main firmware" and pressed FLASH.
I didnt do the filesystem or customization.
Turned it on and got the error message :(
Im reading the tutorial and theres something about FSX that is needed to be done but im not really sure what now...... :( :(
