most antivirus are detected as debuggers by this applkication
if you want to be sure it will run, Install Windows on a small partition just to use it...
windows without anything else but the SEMCM drivers and tools...

I guess protection is to strong to be fully cracked. It would have been nice for this tool to be free by now, since it's so old.
